About me

I am Marlene Linzner-Scherf, a global brand, marketing, and communication leader with over 15 years of experience leading teams across tech, life sciences, consumer brands, and public sector environments. I have led brand strategy and communication in complex organizations, built and scaled teams, and worked closely with leaders navigating growth and change. Mentorship is a core part of how I lead and work, shaping how I challenge thinking, develop perspective, and build capability. Alongside my leadership roles, I have designed and led mentorship programs for organizations and companies. RIPE MCC brings this approach together with brand communication and positioning, helping people and brands find clarity and communicate it with confidence.
